PAIN MUCH?

So yesterday was my first official day at the gym! My brother showed me around (since he’s been a member there for a while) and then he had a session with his trainer. He brought his trainer over to meet me, and his trainer invited me to join them in my bro’s workout session. I obviously took advantage of this since I don’t know when I’ll be able to afford having a trainer……and it was clearly the biggest mistake of my LIFE! 

Not only did he push me to the extremes (which one would think is a good thing, but considering I haven’t been physically active in almost a year….your body just is NOT ready for that kind of pressure.) I literally cannot walk up and down stairs, my muscles are aching all over! Don’t get me wrong, I can CLEARLY see this guy is a great trainer, everything he was making us do affected every muscle we have, and I’m glad I joined in even though I’m severely paying for it, because through that one hour class I learned a little over what workouts I can do to help myself lose weight.

Overall both a good and bad experience. :) I’m excited for the workout classes I’ll be taking, they seem to have a lot of the same classes my other gym had. yay!
